RELINEEUROPE meets the requirements of the market
Alphaliner1500 and new UV-curing technology presented at IFAT ENTSORGA 2012
With numerous interesting conversations the IFAT ENTSORGA 2012 was a resounding exhibition for RELINEEUROPE. Very well attended was the stand of the company exhibiting the new Alphaliner1500 in the dimensions DN1300 and the new UV light source with a maximum lamp output of 2000 watts. In Munich, both new products were presented for the first time to the public and in doing so — as numerous discussions with guests have revealed — met the requirements of the market dead on.
While in the past it was above all the smaller diameters up to DN800 that were used in liner rehabilitation, today rehabilitation tenders for large-diameter pipes are becoming increasingly more common – even internationally. The fact that RELINEEUROPE is already very well established in this area can clearly be seen in the production figures.
However — and this was the main issue in all the talks – for the company the most important aspect is not to offer the largest liner or most powerful light source. The entire system consisting of liner material and curing technology must be right. This is precisely the starting point of RELINEEUROPE´s strategy.
With the Alphaliner1500, a liner system with significantly improved transparency has been developed with which pipes with diameters up to DN1300 and the statically required wall thickness of more than 10 mm can be rehabilitated extremely fast and efficiently. In principle, this has already been possible in the past, but only with very slowly and thus inefficient curing speeds.
At the same time, RELINEEUROPE has thus enhanced the UV curing technology with which the advantages of the new liner system come into full effect. All curing systems, from the robust REE400 to the new REE2000 system with a maximum lamp capacity of 6x2000 watts, are distinguished by the same high-quality technology: The lamp capacity can be adjusted in increments of 400 watts and decreases in power of individual UV lamps can be automatically compensated. Even with extremely fast curing speeds, the lamp capacity can thus be set according to the respective requirements of the pipe. The user thus has a suitable curing system for every application purpose.
Furthermore the outer layer of the Alphaliner has been enhanced. The new fabric-reinforced multi-layer composite foil makes it even more resistant against mechanical damage. In this respect, a new version with an integrated protective sliding foil and integrated preliner enables installation of the liner even in the case of severe water infiltration. This innovation, which saves users time and money on the construction site, was also received very well at the IFAT.
RELINEEUROPE's innovations also met with a wide response in the
trade show issues of the IFAT ENTSORGA. All information on new technologies and the latest brochures can also be viewed on the RELINEEUROPE-website at www.relineeurope.com.
