The power usage of the UV spots by RELINEEUROPE can be set to any level from 300 W to 4,000 W, depending on the system. This permits the light output to be configured exactly for the specific glass-fibre reinforced hose liner, and facilitates the fastest possible hardening speeds.


Technical data

  • 10 RELINE crystal spotlights specially designed for resin with Xenon filling and platinum finish, 300-600 Watt, adjustable to any level
  • 2 chain sections with 6 and 4 UV spotlights, respectively, make the chain easier to handle and install in narrow sewer shafts
  • Circular profile DN 150 – DN 600
  • Oval profile: 200/300 – 300-600
  • Various diameters using tongued, inserted extension pieces
  • Infinitely variable control of UV lamp output for optimal curing
  • Electrical output on the lamps remains consistent through intrinsically safe, µ controller directed, electronic ballast units
  • Integrated curing camera is heat-resistant and can be controlled using a joystick for liner control, fixed upright image with superimposed data, high power LED light ring
  • Ultrasound sensors for automatic stop and rear camera for extended curing control integrated in the curing plug
  • Length approx. 4,200 mm for optimal illumination of the liner surface - long UV illumination of equal size surfaces for the quickest curing
