RELINE is actively committed to the long-term protection of water as a vital resource and relies on processes that combine efficiency, social responsibility, and responsible management principles. This approach has now been recognized for the second consecutive time with the EcoVadis Bronze Medal – an honor reserved exclusively for the top 35% of all industrial companies assessed by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis, the leading independent rating agency in the field of sustainability, measures companies against international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000, thus promoting comparability.
RELINE was the first manufacturer of GRP liners in the world to successfully complete the EcoVadis assessment process for the second consecutive time. It is particularly noteworthy that the expert in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, headquartered in Rohrbach in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany, received an above-average rating in all four areas assessed – environmental protection, work processes and human rights, ethics, and sustainability in the supply chain – and is among the top 35% of all 130,000 industrial companies assessed by EcoVadis.
Sustainable solutions for reliable water networks
“Trenchless pipe rehabilitation with GRP pipe liners is our answer to the pressing water problem. As a global market leader, it is our vision to tackle this challenge with sustainable solutions for reliable water networks – because water is life,” says RELINE CEO Marc Stiebing. “The globally recognized EcoVadis award encourages us in this. At the same time, it enables our business partners to understand the extensive measures we implement in our daily activities for the benefit of people and the environment.”
