AlphalinerHP - High Performance

Trenchless rehabilitation of sewers using RELINEEUROPE's seamless GRP hose liners and innovative UV light curing has proven itself in practice to be a safe and efficient process.
Advantages that are especially useful for the rehabilitation of sewers in areas with particularly demanding safety requirements, such as in ground water protection zones:

  • Leak test requirements of varying severity
  • Ground water protection zones II and III
  • High-intensity traffic zones
  • Development areas / areas of mining subsidence / marshland

Especially demanding requirements are placed on sewer rehabilitation systems in these areas: no ground water contamination during the rehabilitation project; greater and longer impermeability conditions, etc.

RELINEEUROPE's AlphalinerHP is a hose liner system meeting these demanding requirements. High standards – additional safety barrier for twice the safety!


Smooth, resin-rich inner surface / wearing course

Due to the especially resin-rich inner layer, the smooth inner surface of the Alphaliner has the best hydraulic properties. This wearing course is 0.5mm thick, giving the Alphaliner the greatest abrasion resistance in terms of mechanical stress loads. An added advantage: deposits and incrustations have little chance.

Glass fibre reinforcement / composite thickness

The special glass fibre reinforcement and the resulting high mechanical characteristic values give the liner pipe a high degree of structural and dynamic durability.

Resin-rich double wall

The AlphalinerHP has a special and unique sandwich construction. The resin-rich internal layer and the structurally supporting part of the glass fibre reinforcement is completed with an especially resin-rich rear wall. Whereas conventional hose liners use outer films only on their backings, this special resin-rich rear wall provides extra safety in particularly demanding applications in regard to infiltration and exfiltration.
